Support for local environmental groups

Mendip Environment can support environmental groups in Mendip district in a variety of ways.

Over the coming months, we plan to develop ways of providing additional support:

Running networking events which will help to give a collective voice to voluntary organisations to influence local government policy
Offering groups their own web pages on this site, to post information and update it, or a page to summarise the group's activities with a link to the group's own website.
Providing web discussion fora and events calendars for local groups
Offering training and support to those members wanting to become energy assessors, so they can carry out household energy audits
