• Rainwater from roofs is channelled into water butts
• Any overflow is transferred to reedbeds and willow beds which provide wildlife habitat throughout the development
• External lights activated by movement, and dusk to dawn sensors
• Further communal open spaces in addition to small private garden and decked area
• Rotary drying lines provided
• Cycle storage for all houses
• Recycling bins integral to kitchen design
